Sales & Marketing Executive
Mann Yadanarpon Airlines team is currently looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual to drive our sales and marketing efforts to fill the position Sales & Marketing Executive
Job description & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated sales & marketing plans for the routes.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Negotiate contracts, group booking deals and charterers.
- Lead social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Oversee print media, radio, and outdoor advertising promotions.
- Represent the airline at trade fairs, exhibitions, and road shows.
- Organize promotional events, press conferences, and FAM trips.
- Monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Adjust sales tactics based on market demand.
- Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Present reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Work closely with operations, revenue management, and call center teams to align strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and strong team work.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Aviation Management.
- Experience:2-5 years in sales/marketing (aviation, travel, or hospitality preferred).
- Language: Fluent in English & Burmese (other languages are a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and data analysis), Google Analytics.
Personal Skills/ Attributes:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical & problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication in English & Burmese (additional languages a plus).

Job description & Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends.
- Gather customer insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, contracts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain customer databases and track customer interactions.
- Assist & manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and partnerships.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Customer Service Executive
Mann Yadanarpon Airlines is hiring a Customer Service Executive! We’re looking for a dynamic, self-driven professional ready to provide outstanding service to our passengers.
Job description & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Premium Class passengers, MYP Reward members, and VIPs.
- Manage a dedicated service desk for check-in, boarding, and arrivals.
- Provide personalized assistance, including escorting high-priority passengers through priority security and immigration lanes.
- Address and resolve any issues or special requests from VIP customers with discretion and urgency.
- Coordinate with lounges to ensure a premium experience for eligible passengers.
- Act as an airport ambassador for the airline’s frequent flyer program (MYP reward program).
- Assist members with enrollment, account inquiries, points collection and redemption-related questions.
- Promote and explain the benefits of the membership program to eligible passengers at the airport.
- Process points upgrades and manage membership tier benefit fulfillment (e.g., priority boarding passes, lounge invitations).
- Act as the first point of escalation for customer complaints and difficult situations at the airport.
- Listen empathetically to customer concerns, demonstrating understanding and a genuine desire to help.
- Investigate issues promptly and implement effective solutions in real-time, such as offering travel vouchers, lounge access, or rebooking options within authorized limits.
- De-escalate tense situations with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy.
- Document all complaints and resolutions accurately in the company’s system for tracking and analysis.
- Escalate complex or high-level complaints to the Duty Manager or relevant department as per SOP.
- Manage all aspects of the passenger journey: check-in, boarding, gate services, arrivals, and connections.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and airline policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the airline, airport, or hospitality industry ( Hotels, fine dining).
- Experience in handling premium/VIP clients and resolving customer complaints is a significant advantage.

- Process check-in, boarding passes, and baggage handling
- Manage flight connections and transit assistance

Reservation and Ticketing Assistant
Mann Yadanarpon Airlines is currently looking for active and self-study candidate to fill the position of Reservation and Ticketing Assistant.
Job description & Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and providing relevant information.
- Handling walk-in customers.
- Making Reservation & issuing tickets.
- Prepare sales returns and tallying the sales cash/counter cash.
- Conduct pre-flight checks as briefed by immediate supervisor.
- Provide telephone support to ticketing agents.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Any graduates and freshers will be welcome. Ticketing experience is preferable.
- Outstanding and friendly personality.
- Previous experience in the Reservation field can be an added advantage.
- Computer literate, fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints to meet deadlines and accurately.
