Sales & Marketing Assistant

Mann Yadanarpon Airlines team is currently looking for active and self-study candidate to fill the position Sales & Marketing Assistant

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends.
  • Gather customer insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, contracts, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain customer databases and track customer interactions.
  • Assist & manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and partnerships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvements.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and campaign ROI.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and expenses.
  • Work with other department teams and strong team work to align strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:0-2 years (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Preferred: Experience in sales, marketing, or tourism/aviation.
  • Language: Fluency in English & Burmese (additional dialects a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis.

Personal Skills/Attributes:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media, Google Ads).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Digital Marketing Assistant

Mann Yadanarpon Airlines is looking for Digital Marketing Assistant who will provide crucial support to the sales and marketing team in driving domestic airline promotions, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing market share in Myanmar. This role focuses heavily on short-form video creation and social media management to make air travel accessible and exciting for the local market.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Video Production:

  • Film and edit engaging TikToks and FB Reels featuring flight experiences, destination highlights (e.g., Myanmar destinatins ), and “How-to-Book” tutorials.
  • Utilize CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush to produce high-quality mobile video content with trending Burmese/International audio.
  • Design promotional banners and travel carousels using Canva and other tools to highlight seasonal airfare discounts.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct competitor analysis on other domestic airlines’ social media presence and pricing.
  • Monitor TikTok & Facebook trends in the Myanmar travel sector to refine content timing and style.
  • Gather customer insights via social media comments to identify popular travel destinations.

Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Manage daily postings and scheduling across TikTok, Facebook, and Viber communities.
  • Assist in setting up targeted Meta and TikTok Ads to promote specific flight routes.
  • Assist in organizing tourism promotional events, travel fairs, and influencer partnerships.

Sales Support & Customer Engagement:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight schedules and bookings via FB Messenger and TikTok DM.
  • Assist in preparing digital sales presentations and promotional kits for travel agencies.
  • Maintain a database of frequent flyers and track engagement from digital leads.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare weekly reports on Video Views, Engagement Rates, and Lead Generation.
  • Track the performance of specific promo codes used in social media campaigns.
  • Monitor digital marketing spend against the monthly budget.

Work Conditions

  • Office-based Full-time (Yangon) with occasional travel to domestic airports or tourist destinations for content filming.
  • Flexible hours required during peak travel seasons (e.g., Thingyan, Thadingyut) to manage real-time social media updates.

Skills & Competencies

  • Video Editing Mastery: Proficiency in CapCut, InShot, or similar mobile editing tools.
  • Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of the TikTok algorithm and FB Reels ecosystem in Myanmar.
  • Creative Copywriting: Ability to write “scroll-stopping” captions in both Burmese and English.
  • Technical Basics: Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok Creative Center.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English & Burmese.
  • Organization: Ability to manage a content calendar and meet strict posting deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a creative digital role (Candidate must provide a portfolio of video work).
  • Preferred: Prior experience in the Tourism, Hospitality, or Aviation sectors.
  • Language: Fluency in English & Burmese (ability to translate travel promos between languages).
  • Technical Tools: Mastery of CapCut/Canva and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking.

Customer Service Assistant

Mann Yadanarpon Airlines is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to deliver exceptional passenger service and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Manage dedicated check-in, boarding, and arrival services for premium passengers
  • Provide personalized assistance to VIP guests and MYP Reward members
  • Coordinate lounge access and special service requests
  • Assist with MYP Reward program enrollment and account inquiries
  • Process points upgrades and redemption requests
  • Explain program benefits and tier privileges to passengers
  • Process check-in, boarding passes, and baggage handling
  • Manage flight connections and transit assistance
  • Handle special requests including wheelchair assistance and unaccompanied minors
  • Address customer complaints and service recovery
  • Implement solutions within authorized limits
  • Escalate complex issues to duty managers as needed
  • Ensure adherence to safety and security regulations
  • Maintain accurate passenger documentation
  • Follow standard operating procedures for all processes

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred)
