Reservation Policy and Notice
"Local fare is only valid for Myanmar Citizen (NRC card holders)."
" We will be collecting the fare difference at airport Check-in counter for issued local ticket(s) presented by foreigner(s)."
“Refund can be at respective ticket issuance offices according to the ticket validity."
35% of the purchased ticket value for Normal Refund and 50% of the purchasesd ticket value for No Show Refund will be deducted for both foreigner and local per pax and applicable taxes will be refunded.
"Amendment fees USD 15.00 shall be collected for ticketed PNRs for foreigner."
"Amendment fees for local per service /per pax plus appropriate different fare as follow;
O, P, Q, R Classes ;MMK 30,000
L, M, N Classes ;MMK 20,000
J, I, K Classes ;MMK 10,000

Name change is not allowed for both Foreigner and Local pax.

"If you plan to travel during your 28 weeks of pregnancy‚ a medical certificate or letter signed by a qualified doctor is required. And no air travel is permitted after the 32 weeks of pregnancy."
The passenger is allowed to carry free of charge 20kg checked and 5kg unchecked (Carry-on) baggage.

Check-in Information
Once you issued the ticket, your booking is stored in our computer reservations system. At check-in, please present all necessary travel documentation and the e-Ticket/booking PNR.
Passengers should report to MYP check-in desks not later than 90 minutes prior to departure. Boarding begins 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Gates close 20 minutes prior to departure.

If we have flight cancellation by airline side or any of above situations, we wil transfer with other airlines or provide fully refund according to the passengers request."
